Return Policy

At Shieldon Knives, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our EDC folding knives. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns of items purchased via the Shieldon Knives official website within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that we can only process returns for items purchased at full price; sale items are not eligible for return.


To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We would also require photos of the unused knife and its original packaging to proceed.


US Orders:

Should you wish to return an item, we ask that you reach out to us before sending anything back. Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Note that a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.


International Orders:

For orders outside the U.S., please be aware that return shipping costs must be covered by you. We recommend using a reliable courier and possibly insuring your package, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days. If there are any issues with the returned item (e.g., damage or signs of use), we may deduct additional fees from your refund.


Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank as there might be a delay in processing your refund. If after following these steps you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected].


Replacement Service

We offer replacement services for the following situations:


Quality Issues: If you receive a product with defects that affect its normal use, please email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt, including a video demonstrating the issue and your order number.


Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, please retain all contents, including the outer packaging, and contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours. Please provide your order number and follow our instructions to complete the return process.
