Shieldon Knives Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy


At Shieldon, we pride ourselves on the exceptional craftsmanship and enduring quality of our EDC folding knives. Our commitment to your satisfaction is reflected in our comprehensive warranty policy.


Coverage

Shieldon Knives come with a limited 2-Year lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for knives purchased from authorized distributors and resellers.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
  • Rust, improper maintenance, or improper sharpening.
  • Loss or theft of the knife.
  • Any damage due to unauthorized modifications or customizations.


Warranty Claims

Should your Shieldon knife exhibit a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair, or replace it with the same or a comparable model. Replacement parts such as screws and washers are included with each knife for immediate minor repairs.


For any warranty service, please contact us at sh002@shieldon.net with a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. After evaluating the claim, we may request the knife to be sent to our warranty center in the USA or directly to our factory in China for repair or replacement. All shipping fees for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.


Repairs

If your Shieldon knife has been damaged due to misuse but is repairable, we will provide an assessment and perform necessary repairs subject to a fee. This includes shipping costs and the cost of the repair service.


Global Warranty Services

Customers outside the United States requiring warranty services should also contact sh002@shieldon.net. We will guide you to the appropriate service center for your region.


How to Proceed

To initiate a warranty service:

  1. Email us at sh002@shieldon.net with your order number, product name, and a detailed reason for the warranty claim.
  2. We will provide instructions for sending your knife to our warranty center or factory.
  3. Include proof of purchase and any other requested documentation.


Upon receipt, our expert technicians will assess your claim and execute the appropriate service. Warranty repairs or replacements will be processed in a timely manner, subject to the complexity of the repair and availability of parts.


Please Note

Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty. Only Shieldon or an authorized repair center should perform warranty services to maintain the validity of your warranty.
